Sample applications include Primavera Planner (P3), SureTrak, Microsoft Project, Excel, and ProLog Manager.  | As Construction Managers, Aztec Consultants will represent and assists the owner in the evolution of projects' three principal phases:- Pre-construction Services that provide coordination of design development, constructability reviews, initial and interim cost estimates, master budget reports and project scheduling.
- Construction Administration Phase during which the CM monitors and coordinates all construction activities.
- Construction Project Close Out Phase where the as-built drawings and warranties will be accumulated and the interface with the maintenance and management of the facility is developed.
